Brief / Assignment

In conjunction with the Senior Management team, develop and implement a sustainable lean transformation programme commencing with the implementation of Lean Policy Deployment, leading to the roll out and eventual handover of a comprehensive self sustaining ‘lean’ tool kit that included standardised approaches for Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events etc.
